1. Definitions
The following terms, when used with an initial capital letter throughout this document, shall have the meanings set out below.

| "BDT" / "Taka" | Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which the Platform operates for all deposit, withdrawal, and wagering purposes. |

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the hbaji24 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their Account remains active:
2.1 Minimum Age
You must be aged 18 years or older to register an Account or place any Wager on hbaji24. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. hbaji24 employs technical and procedural measures to detect underage access and will close any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 without prior notice. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a closed underage Account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The Platform is operated for and directed at adult players in Bangladesh. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using hbaji24 complies with any applicable local laws. hbaji24 makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
2.3 Single Account Requirement
Each eligible person may register one Account only. Registering or attempting to register more than one Account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, mobile number, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hbaji24 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Balances associated with those Accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through duplicate-Account activity pending investigation.
2.4 Prohibited Persons
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on hbaji24:
- Any person under the age of 18 years.
- Any person acting on behalf of a third party (i.e., proxy betting on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited).
- Any person who has been self-excluded from hbaji24 during the active period of that self-exclusion.
- Any person previously excluded by hbaji24 due to fraudulent, abusive, or terms-violating conduct.
- Any employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of hbaji24 or any of its affiliated game providers.
2.5 Age Verification
hbaji24 may request documentary evidence of age at any point during the lifecycle of an Account, including at the time of the first withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification. Accounts where age verification has been requested but not completed within the specified timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals until the verification is satisfactorily resolved.
Accepted KYC Documents
National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, birth certificate issued by a Bangladesh government authority, or other government-issued photo identification. Uploaded documents must be clear, unedited, and fully legible.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To use the full features of the hbaji24 Platform — including depositing funds and placing Wagers — you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during sign-up. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and in any subsequent Account update is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, false date of birth, or false address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of Bonus Balances, and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.
3.3 Account Credentials
Upon successful registration, you will establish a username and password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to:
- Not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
- Not allow any other person to access the Platform using your Account.
- Notify hbaji24 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service.
hbaji24 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that we have acted in good faith in processing transactions authenticated with your correct credentials.
3.4 Account Updates
You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. If your email address, mobile number, or payment method details change, you must update them promptly via Account Settings or by contacting our support team. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay the processing of verification requests and withdrawal transactions.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC)
hbaji24 operates a risk-based KYC programme. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time when we consider it appropriate to confirm your identity, age, or payment method ownership. Accounts subject to a KYC review may have deposit and withdrawal functions temporarily restricted until the review is completed. We aim to complete standard KYC reviews within three (3) business days of receiving all required documents.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
hbaji24 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Additional methods may be introduced or removed from time to time; the current list of supported methods is always displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions
The current minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as any applicable daily or weekly transaction limits, are displayed in the Cashier section. hbaji24 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time; such changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform prior to taking effect.
4.3 Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. hbaji24 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider, which is typically instantaneous for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
4.4 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless an alternative has been verified through the KYC process. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed:
- Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) or verification must not be outstanding.
- Your Real Money Balance must be equal to or greater than the withdrawal amount requested.
- Any applicable wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- No open dispute, investigation, or fraud review must be pending on your Account.
Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days from the time the request is approved. hbaji24 aims to process the majority of withdrawals within 24 hours. Delays beyond this window will be communicated to you proactively by our support team.
4.5 Currency
All transactions on the hbaji24 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). hbaji24 does not support multi-currency accounts or foreign-currency deposits. No currency conversion is applied; what you deposit in Taka is held in Taka and withdrawn in Taka.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering
hbaji24 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. We may request source-of-funds documentation and may report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law. Accounts associated with suspected financial crime activity will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
hbaji24 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), maximum bet restrictions during active wagering, and expiry dates. These specific terms are in addition to the general conditions set out in this section and these Terms & Conditions as a whole.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, a wagering requirement must be completed before any winnings generated from a Bonus Balance can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified for each promotion. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement requires total wagers of ৳20,000 using that Bonus Balance before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
hbaji24 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets with Bonus Balance to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hedging"); using automated betting systems or bots in connection with a bonus offer; or any other strategy intended to exploit a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. hbaji24 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
hbaji24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already accepted it and begun satisfying the wagering requirement, the player's progress toward that requirement will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance, to the extent reasonably practicable.
5.5 Real Money vs. Bonus Balance
Your Account balance is divided into Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance. By default, Wagers are placed using Real Money Balance first. Once your Real Money Balance reaches zero, Wagers are placed from Bonus Balance. You may not withdraw Bonus Balance directly; only Real Money Balance converted from satisfied bonus wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Game Availability and Results
hbaji24 offers a range of gambling products including sports betting, live casino games, video slots, Bingo, and Super Keno. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. In all cases, the outcome of a settled game or Wager is final, subject only to a proven technical error as described in clause 6.3 below.
6.2 Random Number Generators
All casino games available on hbaji24 — including slots, Bingo, and Super Keno — use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by our game providers are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to confirm that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by hbaji24 or by any player. RNG certification documentation is maintained by the relevant game provider and is available upon reasonable request.
6.3 Technical Errors
In the unlikely event that a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue affects the outcome of a Wager in a manner that is clearly inconsistent with normal game behaviour, hbaji24 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. hbaji24 will use reasonable efforts to identify and correct technical errors promptly. No claim may be made against hbaji24 for losses arising from technical errors that are beyond our reasonable control, including third-party platform outages.
6.4 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets at hbaji24 — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. These rules address, among other things, the treatment of abandoned or postponed events, the definition of applicable results, and the settlement of each bet type. In cases where a specific rule does not address a particular scenario, hbaji24's decision on settlement will be final and binding.
6.5 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
- Any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or knowingly wagering on events whose outcome is pre-determined.
- Attempts to exploit technical errors, display glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
- Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at hbaji24 staff or other players.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your hbaji24 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your Account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under these Terms.
7.2 Closure for Breach
hbaji24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that the Player has:
- Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provided false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
- Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity using the Platform.
- Registered while under the age of 18.
- Registered more than one Account.
- Used the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
Where an Account is closed for breach, hbaji24 may withhold any Real Money Balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, hbaji24 reserves the right to forfeit the relevant balance in accordance with applicable law.
7.3 Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may activate self-exclusion from within Account Settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is a Responsible Gaming Tool; once activated for a specified period, access to the Account — including deposits, Wagers, and bonus redemptions — is suspended for the duration of that period. 7.4 Account Dormancy
An Account is classified as dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. hbaji24 will notify you via your registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration. A dormant Account with a Real Money Balance will remain accessible for withdrawal upon reactivation through our standard customer verification process.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Provided "As Is"
The hbaji24 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
8.2 Excluded Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbaji24 shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Loss of opportunity or loss of business.
- Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss of any kind.
- Losses resulting from Force Majeure events as defined in these Terms.
- Losses resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain Account security.
8.3 Maximum Liability Cap
Where hbaji24 is found to be directly liable for a loss suffered by a Player, our maximum aggregate liability to that Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless hbaji24, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
8.5 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the hbaji24 Platform should be raised in the first instance with our customer support team, who will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably within fifteen (15) business days of receiving your complaint in writing. hbaji24 maintains a formal complaints process; details are available from our support team upon request.
8.6 Amendments to These Terms
hbaji24 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
